17 individuals have been transferred to the central division of the community police.

On July 11, as a result of a joint monitoring operation carried out by the Public Order Protection Service of the Yerevan City Hall, the Police Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and the Central Division of the Community Police, 17 individuals were transferred to the Central Division of the Community Police for the purpose of providing a legal assessment of their actions and compiling relevant administrative reports. This was reported by the Yerevan City Hall.

 

«Of the transferred individuals,

 

10 were involved in organizing paid parking in violation of the requirements established by law,

 

7 were suspected of illegally demanding or extorting money from others.»

 

At the same time, individuals who committed violations were informed that monitoring measures will be ongoing. In the case of repeated administrative violations, stricter administrative liability measures provided by law will be applied to them, including higher administrative fines.»
