On July 1 at 19:30, a solemn ceremony will take place at the "Matenadaran" Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts to officially launch the "Promise" pan-Armenian initiative.

 

"The Promise" is a long-term pan-Armenian initiative aimed at creating a national and spiritual value that will be passed down from generation to generation, uniting Armenians around their faith, history, culture, and roots.

 

Central to the initiative is the "Promise" collection of a limited number of crosses. Each cross is handmade, has its individual number, and bears the name of an Armenian sanctuary, the Catholicos of All Armenians, or a canonized figure of the Armenian Apostolic Church. The uniqueness of the crosses lies in the fact that they contain blessed stones collected from the sanctuaries of the Republic of Armenia, historical Armenia, and spiritual centers of the Armenian diaspora.

 

During the event, the philosophy of the initiative, its creation history, the exclusive collection of "Promise" crosses, as well as upcoming programs and vision will be presented to the public for the first time.

 

Representatives from the state, spiritual, public, and business sectors, as well as cultural and artistic figures, partners, and supporters of the initiative will be present in the evening.

 

The founders of the initiative are confident that "The Promise" is not just a symbol, but a responsibility, a memory, and a connection between the past, present, and future generations. It is a call to preserve our identity, value our heritage, and together create a value that will live beyond time.
